A Wand Enterprises corporate hypnosis show is built around three things: professionalism, laughter, and zero embarrassment for anyone in the room.
It opens with a quick pre-talk
The show opens with a brief pre-talk — humor, an introduction, and a clear explanation of what hypnosis is and how it works. Volunteers are either pre-selected by your team or chosen from the audience. Either way, getting volunteers is never a problem.
Fast, tailored and hilarious
From there, the show moves fast. Fifteen to twenty routines keep the energy high and the audience locked in. Routines are tailored to your industry, your team, and even your company’s products or services. The Kentucky Derby routine, for example, has participants naming their horses after your company’s best sellers. The room goes crazy.
It ends on a high note
Every show closes with positive self-hypnosis suggestions for participants — helping with focus, attitude, and habits. Then all suggestions are removed, participants are recognized as the stars of the show, and your event ends on a high note that people are still talking about at the next one.

Is hypnosis safe for our employees?
Absolutely. Stage hypnosis is a performance art that has been practiced professionally for over a century. Every Wand Enterprises corporate show is built around professionalism and zero embarrassment for anyone in the room. Participation is always voluntary, and your performer reviews the show content with you at least one week before your event.
What if employees don’t want to participate?
No one is ever pressured to volunteer. Volunteers can be pre-selected by your team or chosen from the audience, and either way getting volunteers is never a problem. Many of the biggest laughs come from colleagues watching the people they work with every day.
How long is the show?
Most corporate shows run between 60 and 90 minutes. Shorter 45-minute formats are available if your agenda is tight. Let us know where the show falls in your program and we’ll make it fit.
What does the performer need from us?
Typically a stage or raised platform, a microphone and sound system, chairs for volunteers, and good lighting. Our artists contact your venue directly to handle all technical and physical arrangements, a sound technician is provided at no additional cost, and your performer arrives at least one hour before doors open.
How far in advance should we book?
Many clients book 4 to 6 months in advance to secure their date. If you have a date or a favorite performer in mind, reach out sooner rather than later.
Are your performers insured?
Yes — every performer on the Wand Enterprises roster carries full insurance. That’s non-negotiable for us. Your company and your event team are fully protected, and you’ll never have to chase us for paperwork.
How many volunteers are needed on stage?
Most of our performers request 30 chairs on stage — a golden rule established by our founder Jim Wand and carried on by the performers he trained. For large conferences we’ve filled stages with 80 volunteers in front of audiences of over 5,000. Your performer will plan this with you before the event.
What types of shows do you offer for corporate events?
Stage hypnosis is our most requested corporate act, but our roster also includes magicians, illusionists, mentalists, comedians, music acts and keynote speakers. Every performance can be tailored to your company, your theme and your audience. When you call, we’ll help you find the perfect fit.

A corporate hypnotist is not a magic act with a microphone. The show is built around volunteers from your own team, which is exactly why it lands: the biggest laughs of the night come from watching colleagues people already know and work with every day.
Every corporate hypnotist on the Wand Enterprises roster is fully insured, works clean, and is briefed on your audience before arriving. We have run shows for sales kickoffs, holiday parties, awards banquets, franchise conventions and safety-meeting mornings, and the material is adjusted for each one.
Booking a corporate hypnotist is straightforward. Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many people will be in the room, and we will recommend the right performer and send a written quote. There is no audition fee and no obligation, and we coordinate travel, sound requirements and timing directly with your venue.
