What You Will Find in Our Stage Hypnosis Blog

This stage hypnosis blog exists because the same questions come up every booking season, and most of them deserve a longer answer than a phone call allows. Thirty-five years of placing performers has produced a lot of practical detail, and this is where we write it down.

Much of what we publish is about planning rather than performing. How far ahead to book, what a realistic budget looks like for your size of event, which dates fill first, and what a contract should actually specify are the questions that decide whether an event goes smoothly.

We write for the people who do the booking: student activities coordinators, parent committees planning post-prom, corporate event planners, fair boards and entertainment directors at casinos and resorts. Each of those audiences has different constraints, and our stage hypnosis blog treats them separately rather than giving one generic answer.

Some posts cover the show itself. What hypnosis actually is and is not, how volunteers are selected, why nobody is ever made to do something against their values, and what to tell an administrator who is nervous about approving it for students.

Other posts are simply the working knowledge of a booking office. Why a Friday in September costs more than a Tuesday in February, how travel affects a quote, what a technical rider means in practice, and when it makes sense to book several dates at once.

We also use this stage hypnosis blog to write about the performers themselves, including new additions to the roster and the late Jim Wand, whose work built the reputation this company still runs on.

Nothing here is a sales pitch dressed as advice. If a type of entertainment is wrong for your event, our stage hypnosis blog will say so, because a booking that disappoints an audience costs us far more than the date was worth.
