Today, as we reflect on September 11th, we remember the countless lives that were forever altered 23 years ago.
We pay tribute to the 2,977 people who were taken from us far too soon. The 246 passengers who boarded their flights unaware of what the morning held ✈️. The 2,606 individuals who went to work, expecting an ordinary day, and the 412 first responders—firefighters, police officers, paramedics, and a loyal K9—who selflessly ran towards the danger, sacrificing everything to save others 🧑🚒🚓🚑🐾.
Amidst the unimaginable loss, we witnessed the unbreakable strength of the human spirit. Moments of courage, selflessness, and unity that remind us of the resilience and heart of our nation.
Today, we honor their bravery. We remember their legacy. And we stand together, never forgetting the value of each precious moment we have.
